Apple introduces laptop with high-res screen - CNN.com - Apple on Monday announced a new laptop with a high-resolution display it says will contain 3 million more pixels than a high-def television. The new "retina display" MacBook Pro measures 15.5 inches across and contains an Intel quad-core i7 processor. It will feature up to 16GB of memory and up to 768GB of internal flash storage, Marketing Vice President Phil Schiller told attendees at the company's annual developers' conference here.

Fatal shooting at pool party stuns the Auburn community – USATODAY.com - Among the dead are two members of the university's 2010 national championship football team. Police were searching for Desmonte Leonard, 22, of Montgomery. Police Chief Tommy Dawson said Leonard shot six people, three fatally, during a fight at a pool party Saturday. He faces three counts of capital murder. Killed were former Auburn football players Ed Christian and Ladarious Phillips, and Auburn resident Demario Pitts.
