Mario Nawfal on X: Nick Shirley confronted the operator at Hayden Sarah Family Childcare in San Diego's hills, where state records show 14 children enrolled and receiving CalWORKs subsidies. When he asked to see the kids, no children were present, the facility had no roster or records, and the woman repeatedly shouted “You don’t care” while threatening to call 911. Cue…fraud!
