Did some Southern Company board members enrich themselves with "insider" transactions that were: (a) NOT reported in the Company's SEC filings and (b) Not disclosed on the annual disclosure forms signed by board members? Apparently so.
Did these "insider" transactions comply with the company's publicized Code of Ethics? No, they did not.
