Donald V. Watkins Megan's case was not the first time former Tuscaloosa DA Lyn Head refused to prosecute a case involving Sweet T. 
This is no longer a "she said/he said" rape case; it is an abuse of power, cronyism, and favoritism scandal of epic proportions. 
Megan's final act of courage was to give us, in death, the tools we needed to break this scandal wide open.
