Within the past hour or so, investigators left the Rio Rico house that was apparently being searched. The scene was cleared, police tape removed. Then, a man that identified himself as Carlos Palazuelos said he was the man pulled over and detained during the traffic stop — but he is now FREE at the house— and claims he had nothing to do with the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie. - More

"After he pulls the foliage, he appears to make a small gesture to someone off camera," Biasello told me. "I believe two people were necessary to move and carry the victim." The woman says she is the mother in law of the person who was detained. “They came out telling us that they had somebody gave a tip that the lady was in my house.” “They're investigating my son-in-law. Dominic is a Tucson musician and founding drummer of the indie/post-punk band Early Black, formed in 2007 with Tommaso on bass/vocals and Walter I. Gonçalves Jr. on guitar/vocals. The band was active for years, and sources say Dominic and Tommaso remain good friends to this day. The video was recovered from residual data located in backend systems. Working with our partners - as of this morning, law enforcement has uncovered these previously inaccessible new images showing an armed individual appearing to have tampered with the camera at Nancy Guthrie's front door the morning of her disappearance.
