Meghan Markle meditation teacher speaks out | Daily Mail Online - Stephanie Linning - American meditation teacher Light Watkins revealed how he gave the bride-to-be private lessons after they were introduced through a friend five years ago. Watkins claimed Ms Markle, 36, continues to practise meditation and might even be making time for two sessions a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
