Donald V. Watkins I will be suing AL.com, the Alabama Media Group, John Archibald, and John Hammontree for defamation and breach of contract.  AL.com did not honor a written settlement agreement the company executed with me yesterday that required a retraction and the prominent placement of this retraction in the Birmingham News and AL.com. They buried the retraction in both places. As far as I am concerned, AL.com has zero credibility left as a media organization.
