Jim Zeigler files ethics complaints against Gov. Robert Bentley, Rebekah Caldwell Mason | AL.com - Howard Koplowitz - Zeigler said he filed a report with the state Ethics Commission to determine "whether Gov. Bentley and Mason are using state property in furtherance of their personal relationship, and if they have used their position to interfere with an attorney general's investigation."
