Finebaum contract gives Cumulus chance to match offer - Birmingham Business Journal - A source close to the popular sports radio host said Finebaum is not interested in entertaining any offers until that 90-day window has passed. Once that window passes, the source said Finebaum and his representatives would evaluate the media landscape and start the process of making a decision about the host's future. - Earlier today, Outkick the Coverage – a popular sports blog – reported Finebaum was leaving WJOX to join Cox Media Group's WZNN 97.3 FM The Zone, which is another Birmingham-based sports talk station. But the source said Finebaum is not entertaining offers from Cox or any other outlets at this time.
