This is in addition to the use of FEMA money meant for AMERICANS suffering from disasters to fund luxury hotels for illegals. Notably, FEMA funneled money to the Red Cross, which was used to assist illegals in getting to the U.S. Mexico border, literally providing them MAPS to get to entry points.
