Women have been complaining for years about being sexually harassed by other members of the military (people who are supposed to "have their six") and when the women report the abuse, too often nothing is done. Like it says in the book "Are Men the Weaker Sex?" there are too many men who don't know how to have power without abusing it - either committing crimes or not doing anything to bring the criminals to justice.
