Donald V. Watkins Joseph Cole, AG Steve Marshall is not going to investigate or prosecute Sheriff Ron Abernathy or former DA Lyn Head. Current DA Hays Webb will not do it either. Marshall and Webb are scared of their own shadows. They are afraid to prosecute any offenders beyond the usual low socio-economic level 'street" criminals who have court-appointed attorneys. AG Steve Marshall should be running for choirmaster at his church rather than AG. Big-time criminals are wallowing in an orgy of crime under his amnesty program for rich and powerful criminals. He is even afraid to go after the widespread public corruption in Jefferson County. Steve Marshall and Hays Webb are nice guys, but they simply lack the courage and conviction necessary to clean up the cesspool of drugs, sex trafficking, and corruption in Tuscaloosa County. They are law enforcement mascots, not law enforcement men.
