Letter to Jameis Winston details possible violations - USATODAY - Sean Rossman - The letter says the hearing will end with findings of fact, a determination of whether Winston violated the student conduct code and, if necessary, the type of discipline to be handed down. The authority for student discipline ultimately rests with the university president and the FSU Board of Trustees, the letter said.
