Obama Polls Ahead in Wisconsin - The Daily Beast - Bad news for Wisconsin-native Paul Ryan: Obama appears to be pulling in front of his Republican opponents in the swing state. New polls show President Obama taking the lead in Wisconsin, a state he also won in 2008. Polls show Obama is leading Romney by five points in the state with 50 percent of voters, and also came in at 50 percent in Iowa and Colorado—two other swing states.
