Lyle Spencer: 'Kid Sunshine' Carter an all-time great | MLB.com - If you were around The Kid, you felt good about yourself. It was as natural as sunshine. He was one of the best of his time, one of the best of all time. He played the game the right way, with passion, and treated people, like the game, with respect. He is Kid Sunshine, eternally.
