That was a clear message. Kharg handles roughly 90% of Iran's oil exports. It's where Chinese tankers have been loading millions of barrels even while the Strait of Hormuz stays closed to everyone else. Ten tankers took nearly 19 million barrels from Kharg since the war started. So Iran is blocking the world's oil while still exporting its own. And China is the only customer getting through.
