2 die, 305 survive after airliner crash lands at San Francisco airport - CNN.com - A fireball erupted after the Boeing 777 airliner hit the runway hard around 11:30 a.m., rocked back and forth, spun around, sheered off the plane's tail. Scores of passengers and crew climbed out -- some jumping, others sliding down evacuation chutes as flames and smoke billowed from the aircraft's windows. Two people were found dead outside the plane, according to San Francisco fire Chief Joanne Hayes-White. "My understanding is that they were found on the runway," she said.

UPDATE: Parasailing accident victims still in hospital - WSFA.com - Panama City, FL (CNN) - Two teens are still in the hospital after a terrifying parasailing accident in Panama City, Florida this week. Now we're learning that it wasn't the first accident for the company that operated the attraction. - No matter how many times you see the cell phone video, it's still painful to watch. 17-year-olds Alexis Fairchild and Sidney Good were taking the parasailing ride Monday when the tow rope snapped. The wind gusts swept them into two condominium buildings, then dropped them into a parking lot. - Both teens suffered severe brain trauma, back injuries and, for Sidney Good, a broken neck.
