The Bobblehead Project: Bobby Bonilla cashing Mets' checks in 2035 - CBSSports.com - Matt Snyder - Bobby Bonilla hasn't played in the majors since 2001 and not with the Mets since playing cards in the 1999 NLCS. But thanks to a deferral stipulation on the contract Bonilla signed with the Mets before the 1999 season, he's getting paid just under $1.2 million per year from 2011 through 2035! Bonilla will be 72 in 2035.

Inside the New York Times Redesign - Mashable - The New York Times is overhauling its article pages as part of its first major website redesign since 2006. The Times released an animated preview on Tuesday, and we stopped by their offices on Wednesday to get a closer look. The first thing you'll notice about the new article pages — still in prototype phase — is how clean they are. There's a generous amount of white space bordering the text.

3/11/2013: The Meck Radio Show with Mayor Mike Schmitz from Washington D.C. talking about jobs and meetings with Congress. (Efforts re Dothan Airport Control Tower).

Thanks Mayor Mike Schmitz and Matt Parker (Chamber President) for working so hard (for many months) putting the deal together to bring this very successful, family-owned, international business to Dothan - creating hundreds and hundreds of good paying jobs for Dothan and the Wiregrass. The deal is knocking on the door and we are grateful Mayor Mike and Matt are still at the table doing their best to keep the airport control tower open (regardless) and seal the deal. I'm looking forward to the announcement .. probably not as much as Mayor Mike and Matt Parker.

Mayor Mike also shares about his incredible, grueling journey [with his son, Michael) hiking up the highest free standing mountain in the world and reaching the summit - the top of Mount Kilimanjaro - 19,341 ft. --- Meck
