The Meck visits with his longtime friend Gov Mike Huckabee in Dothan Al. Nov 23, 2012 at Books-A-Milion. He was signing his new book: 'Dear Chandler, Dear Scarlett - A Grandfather's Thoughts on Faith, Family and the Things That Matter Most.'
We talked about working together in Texas over 30 yrs ago. Also his radio and tv show and how he likes living in the Fla Panhandle.
Plus his thoughts on Mayor Mike Schmitz and his inspiring life of accomplishment. 'I think Mike Schmitz is the kind of people we need more of in public service.' -- 'He is The American Story. He has lived the American Dream.' -- 'I admire him because as a business person, He's created jobs and he's signed the front of a paycheck. He knows how things work.
