Apple CEO Tim Cook turns DOWN $75 million in dividend income | Mail Online - In January, Apple's board granted him 1 million restricted stock units (RSUs) for running the company during Jobs' medical leaves and as a retention tool. Half of the stock won't be redeemable until 2016 and the rest won't be redeemable until 2021. Over that time the value of the shares could change dramatically. Despite why the CEO may have declined the $75 million fortune being left without comment by Apple, it could be a figure the ranked world's 58th most powerful person according to Forbes may just not need, as currently fathomed by some. Since Mr Cook's rise to CEO, Apple's market value has increased approximately $140 billion, according to Fortune Magazine.
A recruit at Auburn’s Big Cat Weekend tweeted “This place sucks!” - Yardbarker - Cory Helms is an offensive lineman at Milton High School (which is in Alpharetta, Georgia) and a highly valued recruiting prospect. They’re 21-8 when Jones has started or made at least one plate appearance and 5-13 when he hasn’t played at all. Discounting late-game appearances, the Braves are 19-5 (.792) when Jones starts and 7-16 (.304) when he doesn’t. A winning percentage drop-off without Jones would be expected. Just not 488 points.

And the pack of macho Secret Service agents were hitting the clubs, drinking and hanging out with comely young women in alluring outfits. That was half a century ago in Fort Worth at the Press Club and a joint called the Cellar, where the waitresses wore only underwear. The carousing started after midnight on Nov. 22, 1963, the day the agents were charged with keeping President Kennedy and Jackie safe in Dallas. Boys will be boys. And no one doubts that being an agent is a tough job.
Post Office Pays Out Employees - The Daily Beast - The United States Postal Service announced on Friday it will be offering $15,000 buyouts to 45,000 staff in an attempt to lower operating costs. During a time when 60 percent of Americans pay their bills online, the postal service plans to cut 229 mail centers in total to save $2.1 billion annually. Starting this summer, it will begin by closing 48. Mail handlers must agree to retire by the end of August to be eligible for the payouts.
