Alleged Secret Service scandal spreads to second hotel - USATODAY - The prostitution scandal involving the U.S. Secret Service is spreading to a second hotel, CBS News is reporting. The news agency reports a law enforcement official told a reporter that another agent under investigation brought a woman back to the Hilton Hotel in Cartagena, Colombia, days before President Obama was to arrive there.
