Donald V. Watkins We so desperately need a real prosecutor as the Tuscaloosa District attorney and a tough, proven prosecutor as AttorneyGeneral. Political hacks cannot achieve justice in cases involving well-connected criminal suspects. Donald V. Watkins Tuscaloosa County District Attorney Hays Webb has failed to properly investigate Adam's murder case and has failed to prosecute any of the murder suspects. Brett Davis has already acknowledged that the bruises and choke marks on Adam's neck were made by Caleb Legrone. Yet, the autopsy report says there were no bruise marks on Adam's neck. The post mortem photos show the bruise marks that were referenced by Brett Davis. The witness statements taken by police from the suspects do not match up. Furthermore, the suspects who were admitted to Tuscaloosa's Second Chance Program on other charges have been able to get in and out of jail freely after their second, third and fourth arrests on criminal charges. It is obvious when we look at Adam Bailey's murder case and Megan Rondini's rape case that DA Webb Hays has a serious problem enforcing drug, rape, and murder criminal laws in cases that involve well-connected suspects. Why?
