Braves slugger Evan Gattis crushes longest home run of the season | For The Win - Braves slugger Evan Gattis hit the longest home run of the 2013 season to date on Sunday. It went 486 feet to straightaway center at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, where it disrupted a cheesesteak line. The video hardly does it justice. The ball went further than even the cameraperson expected:

The Misery Index Week 2: Agony in Austin - USATODAY - The misery for Texas fans essentially began on Monday, during the second half of quarterback Jameis Winston's spectacular debut for Florida State. Some old quotes from Winston began circulating on Twitter in which he had once said he wanted to play for Texas but that the Longhorns didn't recruit him.
