Apple posted sales of more than $150 billion in the 2012 fiscal year — nearly as much as the two previous years combined — and record sales in two of the first three quarters of 2013, yet even friends of the company say it's on the decline. --"He has kept most of the morale high and more importantly he did the kind of management changes that were needed," says Tim Bajarin, principal analyst with Creative Strategies. "He has shown pretty strong leadership in correcting problems quickly."
