Braves hope to move Class-A team to N.C. in 2014 | David O'Brien - AJC -The Wilmington City Council voted unanimously Tuesday to begin negotiations with the Braves and Mandalay Baseball Properties, and to explore the level of public support and costs and funding options for a new ballpark necessary bring the team to the city.
